Smiles That Go Beyond the Office
At Kraus Orthodontics, we’re proud to support the communities we serve in Allen, Blue Ridge, and Leonard. From local events to school partnerships and service initiatives, our team is committed to making a positive impact both in and out of the office.
Community Donation
Through our “Smiles for Heroes” initiative, Kraus Orthodontics brings patients, families, and staff together to give back to those who serve our community.
We invited our community to write heartfelt notes of appreciation, which filled a giant poster delivered to our local police department. We also delivered gift baskets, including Girl Scout Cookies, to our local fire department as a small token of our gratitude.
Girl Scout Cookies Program
Kraus Orthodontics proudly supports local Girl Scouts each year by purchasing cookies directly from them. Dr. Kraus, an Eagle Scout and former Scoutmaster in Allen, has a deep appreciation for the values of scouting and youth leadership.
These cookies are then donated as part of our community outreach efforts, sharing a little joy with local heroes and organizations.
School Events
We love supporting the schools our patients attend and being an active part of the local community. Kraus Orthodontics sponsors PTA programs, attends school events, and provides games, prizes, and fun experiences for students.
We are also proud supporters of our patients’ extracurricular activities, cheering them on both in and out of the office.
Patient Appreciation Pool Party
At Kraus Orthodontics, we believe our patients deserve to be celebrated in a big way. Every other year, we host a complimentary patient appreciation pool party at the McKinney Apex Centre, complete with water slides, a lazy river, music, food, and prizes.
It’s one of our favorite traditions and a fun way to connect with our patient families outside the office.
Team Service
Service is a core value at Kraus Orthodontics and something we prioritize as a team. We participate in quarterly community service projects that allow us to give back while strengthening our team culture.
These experiences help us stay connected to our purpose of creating smiles both inside and outside the office.
